We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion, including in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, or circumstances beyond our control. Where an order is cancelled by us, your sole remedy is a full refund of amounts paid.

Shipping and delivery timeframes shown on this site are approximate estimates only. Late delivery, including goods that arrive after a stated delivery estimate, does not constitute grounds for a refund. For full details, see our Shipping page.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Each piece is made by hand and minor variations are a natural part of the process. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, so slight differences between the product images and the item you receive are to be expected and are not considered defects.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We are not obliged to accept returns for change of mind unless required by applicable consumer law.

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this site are owned by the artist and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant item. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
